This series of paintings is inspired by a shared love of Andalucian and Moroccan art, a sacred geometry found in their paradise garden design and architecture. A collaboration with two other artists, Rafael Sanchez Ponce- a jeweller and Diana Garcia Fernandez - a ceramicist, each responding to one anothers work, creating a new contemporary response to an ancient civilisation and culture. The exhibition takes place in the town of Vejer de la Frontera, Cadiz, its architecture recalls the period of Moorish rule dating from 711 to 1248.
